Summary of responsibilities:

The rental clerk is responsible for the rental department’s customers, the management of contracts and invoices, damage files and complaints.

Main responsibilities of the rental clerk:

• Greet customers at the counter and on the phone
  
• Make prospecting calls to develop customers and satisfaction calls to ensure the quality of our services
  
• Prepares rental quotes
  
• Opens and closes rental contracts
  
• Invoicing of various contracts
  
• Inspects trucks upon their return from rental
  
• Ensure daily management of the fleet and customer files
  
  
  
  

Skills sought :

• Essential: DES
• Aptitude for sales
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative position
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professionalism
• Sense of organization and planning;
