As a technical advisor, you will act as a customer service representative for the service department and will be responsible for the smooth running of the work requested by the customer as well as customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nMain responsibilities of the technical advisor :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Answer customers on the phone and at the service counter;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Take and schedule appointment requests;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Carry out assembly, write and send repair estimates to customers;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Take calls for breakdowns on the road and plan the necessary repairs;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Initiate work orders to the system with the requests received;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Plan the work to be carried out with the workshop;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Validate the history of the work carried out and the applicable guarantees before approving them;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Punctually follow up with customers and suppliers on the progress of the work;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Plan and monitor supplier work resulting from workshop work;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Plan vehicle movements to suppliers;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Proceed with requests for estimates and approve repairs submitted by suppliers;
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Issue customer invoices; and customer invoice payment transactions (account or credit card)
<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Carry out the reconciliation of supplier invoices against the estimates received and enter the information into the system
