Descriptive

We are looking for ( e) Representative (s ) for the greater Montreal area. The ideal candidate will have the following main responsibilities to develop a new business customer soliciting various sectors. In the form of phone calls and meeting ground (Prospecting ), you need to understand the customer’s needs to promote products and services, providing business solutions, and effective , which can meet specific customer needs. The responsibilities that you will be assigned :

  • Plan and request meetings with potential prospects, to develop new customers;
  • Appointment , visiting potential companies to promote products and services and meet the needs of the client;
  • Demonstrate the added value of services so that the customer can reap its benefits ;
  • Ensure a higher level of customer service and work closely with the internal team ;
  • Understand the importance of sales activities and performance indicators that are attached.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years experience in sales management.
  • Ability to develop strategies to achieve , if not exceed , the goals of seasonal and annual sales.
  • Negotiation skills and problem solving.
  • Skills marked interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in the art of building strong long-term relationships , both with customers, suppliers with colleagues.
  • Adaptation and quick learning ability ; good judgment, and a proactive approach confidence are important qualities.
  • Mastery of MS office suite.
  • Bilingual ( English and French ) is an asset.
